【摘要】 交通强国和“一带一路”倡议的施行，为我国公路交通设施发展提供了良好的机遇。为创新人才培养体系，提高路桥专业应用技术人才培养质量，以道路桥梁与渡河工程专业学生的学习感受为切入点，结合路桥人才培养现状展开问卷调查，评估现行人才培养体系的适用性。根据OBE教学理念及应用技术型人才培养要求，对路桥专业的教学体系、人才培养方案、生产实践环节设计等展开讨论，为创新和完善路桥应用技术型人才培养体系提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of the “transportation power” strategy and the Belt and Road Initiative has provided good opportunities for the development of highway transportation facilities in China. In order to improve the talent training system and the quality of applied technical talent training of road and bridge majors, combined with the status quo of the talent training, a questionnaire survey was conducted in this study. The applicability of the current talent training system for the road and bridge majors was evaluated. Based on the OBE teaching concept and the training requirements for applied technical talents, the teaching system, the talent training program and the design of practice link are discussed. The results of this study can serve as a reference for the innovation and improvement of the talent training system of road and bridge applied technical talents.更多还原
