“材料成形设备与控制”课程改革——面向新工科建设与通识教育的教学改革探索

【摘要】 材料成形设备是实现材料成形工艺的载体,现有授课内容主要讲授常见材料成形设备结构与机械传动原理,滞后于市场和产业发展需求,难以满足新工科建设培养多元化、创新型卓越工程人才的要求。因此提出面向新工科建设的“材料成形设备与控制”课程建设方案,以材料成形设备的主要核心控制元素(力和位移)精确控制为主线,重点讲述计算机控制、伺服控制方法与材料成形设备传统机械结构、液压传动的结合应用,并进行了智能成形设备的展望,既保证了课程核心要点的教学,又拓宽了学生的知识面,提高了学生的创新能力,取得了较好的教学效果。

【Abstract】 Material forming equipment is the base of material forming technology. The teaching contents now focus on the structure and mechanical transmission principle of common material forming equipment, which cannot meet the demand of market and industry, and cannot meet the demand of cultivation of talents of new engineering construction, either. A new course construction scheme is proposed in this paper, and the thread running through the course is the precise control of the key factors in material forming equipment, such as force and displacement. The combining application of computer control and servo control in the traditional mechanical/hydraulic transmissions of the material forming equipment are mainly illustrated. The development of intelligent forming equipment is discussed. The course reform guarantees the core points, and also expands the scope of knowledge. The innovation ability of students is improved and better teaching results are obtained.
