【摘要】 临床医学专业学位研究生和住院医师规范化培训的并轨教育是我国医学教育改革的重大举措，目的是培养高水平、高质量的临床医生，从整体上提高我国的医疗水平。目前我国这种并轨模式的培养工作尚处于初期阶段，临床医学专业学位研究生的教育在教学理念、教学方式等方面仍存在很多问题和挑战。积极构建卓越住院医师培养体系，需要从课程思政、临床实践、教学模式和科研能力、科学评价体系等多方面总结经验，针对临床实践教学过程中发现的问题进行积极探索，提出相应的解决措施，以求进一步提升专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训教育和培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current merging of the standardized training of postgraduates and residents in clinical medicine is a major measure of my country’s medical education reform. The goal is to train high-level and quality clinicians and improve my country’s medical standards as a whole. However, the current training work of this integrated model is still in its infancy, because there are still many problems and challenges in the education of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine in terms of teaching concepts and teaching methods. Actively constructing an excellent resident training system requires summing up experience from various aspects such as humanistic quality, clinical practice, teaching mode and scientific research ability, and teaching evaluation system in order to further improve the standardized training education and quality for postgraduates. This paper actively explores the problems in the course of clinical practice teaching in our hospital and proposes corresponding solutions.更多还原
