基于创新型人才培养的翻转课堂教学模式探索——以“环境监测”课程为例

【摘要】 环境监测是环境类专业的基础必修课,在环境类专业人才培养中具有举足轻重的作用。针对环境监测传统课堂教学模式中存在的问题,立足翻转课堂在人才培养方面的优势,提出将翻转课堂教学模式引入环境监测课程,并从“课前—课中—课后”闭环教学模式、师资队伍建设、教学内容、考核方式等四个方面探讨了翻转课堂在环境监测课程中的应用。翻转课堂教学模式在环境监测课程中的成功应用,能够提高学生理论联系实际、分析问题和解决问题等综合能力,培养高素质的创新型人才。

【Abstract】 Environmental Monitoring is a basic compulsory course for environmental majors, which plays an important role in the training of environmental professionals. Based on the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching mode of Environmental Monitoring and the advantages of Flipped Classroom in talent training,this paper proposes to introduce the flipped classroom teaching mode into the course, and discusses the application of Flipped Classroom from four aspects of “ preclass-in class-after class” closed-loop teaching mode, teacher team construction, teaching content and assessment methods. The successful application of Flipped Classroom teaching mode in Environmental Monitoring can improve students’ comprehensive ability to integrate theory with practice,analyze and solve problems, and cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
