【摘要】 随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的加速，一些重要科学问题和关键核心技术由单一学科已经无法彻底解决，学科高度交叉和深度融合势不可挡。交叉学科研究生培养已经成为世界研究生教育的发展趋势，也是拔尖创新人才培养的主要途径，交叉学科研究生招生机制在培养机制中是入口的关键一步。通过对河海大学在交叉学科研究生招生方面的实践探索，总结了其中的经验和不足，进而基于交叉学科特性和交叉学科人才特征提出相关思考与建议以期为相关研究提供参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, some important scientific problems cannot be completely solved by a single discipline, so highly interdisciplinary and deeply integrated disciplines are unstoppable. The cultivation of interdisciplinary postgraduates, which is the main method of top innovative talents training, has become a major trend of graduate education all over the world. Interdisciplinary postgraduates’ enrollment mechanism is a key point of cultivation mechanism. This paper introduces practice and research of Hohai University about interdisciplinary enrollment of postgraduates.Moreover, this paper also summarizes the experience and limitation of enrollment. Based on the characteristics of interdisciplinary talents, we put forward relevant ideas and suggestions, in order to provide reference for relevant research.更多还原
