【摘要】 随着近几年新型传染病的不断发生，对高层次公共卫生人才的需求迫在眉睫。目前，全国高等医学院校基本都具有培养公共卫生人才的能力，如何培养有能力的公共卫生人才是培养的关键。通过考察全国部分知名高校，采用访谈的方式，从教学方法、研究方向、师资力量、导师队伍、教学质量评价、毕业论文考核等方面，对全国公共卫生专业硕士研究生培养模式进行了分析，初步探讨医学院校公共卫生专业硕士研究生人才培养模式现状及存在的问题，为今后提高公共卫生专业硕士研究生人才培养质量提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous occurrence of new infectious diseases in recent years, the demand for high-level public health talents is imminent. At present, the national medical schools have the ability to cultivate public health talents. How to cultivate competent public health talents is very critical. By the investigation of some well-known universities in China through interviews, this paper analyzes public health talent training model in our country from aspects of the teaching methods, the research directions, the teachers and tutors, the teaching quality evaluation,and the graduation thesis assessment, etc., and preliminary discusses the current situation and existing problems of public health postgraduate training in medical colleges and universities, which provides the basis for improving the quality of talent training of public health postgraduates in the future.更多还原
