【摘要】 提升农学大学生科研创新能力是实现“藏粮于技”兴农战略的关键环节，对建设创新型国家、农业高质量发展及大学生个人成长都有重要意义。目前，我国农学大学生科研创新能力培养过程中，存在学生对科研兴趣不够浓厚、科研基础较薄弱、科研项目实施过程管理不到位、科研实验室配套管理需加强等问题。以山东农业大学农学院为例，通过加强宣导激发学生参与自觉性、加强科研训练指导、充分利用科研实验室资源等关键措施，农学大学生的科研创新能力得到显著提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the scientific research and innovation ability of agricultural college students is a key link to realize the strategy of “promoting agricultural production by technology” to revitalize agriculture, which is of great significance for the construction of an innovative country, the high-quality development of agriculture and the personal growth of college students. At present, there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of cultivating the scientific research and innovation ability of agricultural college students in our country,such as the insufficient interest in scientific research, the need to strengthen the scientific research foundation, the inadequate management of the implementation process of scientific research projects, and the need to strengthen the supporting management of scientific research laboratories. Taking the College of Agronomy of Shandong Agricultural University as an example, the agricultural college students’ scientific research and innovation ability has been significantly improved by the application of key measures, such as strengthening publicity to promote the participation consciousness of the students, strengthening the training and guidance of scientific research, and making full use of scientific research laboratory resources.更多还原
