【摘要】 高校教师能力建设是新时代教育改革的重要议题，是支撑教育改革的着力点，也是教育治理的重要方向。结合高职畜牧兽医专业教育实际，从提升教师模块化教学设计实施能力、课程标准开发能力、教学评价能力、团队协作能力、信息技术应用能力、实习实训指导能力、技术技能积累创新能力等方面，制订了教师能力标准及提升方案、教师能力发展路径及能力标准、教师能力提升测评方案，以期为新时期畜牧业类教师能力提升，深化教师、教材、教法“三教”改革提供一些可行性方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ability building of university teachers is an important issue of educational reform in the new era, the focus of supporting educational reform, and an important direction of educational governance. Combined with the reality of the education of animal husbandry and veterinary major in higher vocational colleges, this paper formulates the standards and the teachers’ ability promotion scheme, points out the teachers’ ability development path and ability standards, and the teachers’ ability promotion evaluation scheme from the aspects of improving teachers’ modular teaching design and implementation ability, the curriculum standard development ability, the teaching evaluation ability, the teamwork ability, the information technology application ability, the practice training, guidance ability, and the technical skills accumulation and innovation ability and so on, in order to provide some feasible methods for improving the ability of teachers in the new era and deepening the reform of teachers,teaching materials, and teaching methods.更多还原
