以质量内涵为核心的临床教学管理体系的建设

【摘要】 临床教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学人才培养过程中的重要环节,直接影响着医学人才培养的质量和水平的高低。科学的临床教学管理体系是提高临床教学质量的有力措施,有助于解决现有临床教学中出现的问题和难点,既能提升临床教师的教学积极性,又能促进学生学习的主动性。临床教学管理体系是以岗位胜任能力与形成性评价为理论指导,临床教学基地建设为基础,临床教学团队建设为重点,质量内涵为核心,涉及临床教学过程的各个环节。

【Abstract】 Clinical teaching is an important part of medical education and an important link in the process of medical talent training, which directly affects the quality and level of medical talent training. Scientific clinical teaching management system is a powerful measure to improve the quality of clinical teaching, which can help to solve the problems and difficulties in the existing clinical teaching. It can not only improve the teaching enthusiasm of clinical teachers, but also promote students’ learning initiative. The scientific clinical teaching management system is formed under the guidance of post competency and formative evaluation. The management system is based on the construction of clinical teaching bases, focuses on the development of clinical teaching teams, and takes quality as the core. It is related to all the links in the clinical teaching process.
