【摘要】 社会实习实践是提升研究生学术水平、创新能力、综合素质和社会适应力的重要手段。针对工程硕士校企联合培养中“学生不理解、导师不积极、合作单位培养计划不明确、评估与评价方法不健全”等问题，立足于北京航空航天大学的特色，深入思考并积极实践，提出了“早、合、新、凝”工程硕士研究生的创新培养思路与方法，构建了“高校+企业+课题联合攻关+成果创新产出”的联合培养模式，建立了定量与定性结合、定量为主、结果导向的评价评估方式，为校企联合研究生的高质量培养模式提供了新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social practice is an important means to improve the academic level, innovative ability,comprehensive quality and social adaptability of postgraduates. There are problems in the training of engineering master’s school-enterprise cooperation, such as students’ incomprehension, inactive tutors, unclear training plans of cooperative enterprises, and incomplete evaluation and evaluation methods. Based on the characteristics of Beihang University, the research group has deeply thought and actively practiced, and put forward the innovative training ideas of “Advance, Cooperation, Innovation, Pithiness” engineering master’s postgraduate students. Also,a joint training model of “university + enterprise + joint research on topics + innovative output of results” has been established, and an evaluation method of “quantitative and qualitative combination, quantitative-oriented, and result-oriented” has been formed, which may provide some new ideas for the high-quality postgraduates training mode of school-enterprise cooperation.更多还原
