【Abstract】 With social development and scientific and technological progress, exchanges between countries around the world are becoming more and more frequent. In order to meet the needs of the development of the new era, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has actively explored and practiced the overseas exchange of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine. By analyzing the current situation of overseas exchange of Chinese medicine postgraduates, this paper expounds the necessity of exchange from the aspects of society,universities and individuals, and introduces the practice and measures of foreign exchange of postgraduates of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including the construction of management system and the exploration of exchange mode, which provides a strong practical basis and support for the attempt and development of overseas exchange of traditional Chinese medicine postgraduates in the future.更多还原
