基于主客体积极情感关系开展就业工作的研究

【摘要】 就业指导教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,深刻认识把握就业指导过程中的教育主客体,充分发挥教育主客体间积极情感关系,对于促进就业指导工作的有效开展如虎添翼。从辅导员作为高校就业指导工作骨干力量的角度出发,对就业指导工作实践经验进行总结归纳,论述辅导员基于教育主客体间积极情感关系开展就业指导工作的作用,并提出辅导员从真诚知学生、真心爱学生、真情待学生三方面入手构建教育主客体间积极情感关系促进就业指导工作开展的实现路径。

【Abstract】 Employment guidance is an important part of higher education. A deep understanding of the educational subject and object and giving full play to the positive emotional relationship between them is effective in promoting the development of employment guidance work. From the perspective of counselors as the backbone of employment guidance in colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the practical experience of employment guidance and discusses the role of counselors in carrying out employment guidance based on the positive emotional relationship between educational subject and object. It also puts forward the practical paths for counselors to construct the positive emotional relationship between educational subject and object and to promote the development of employment guidance from the three aspects of sincerely understanding students, loving students and treating students.
