【摘要】 通过学习《交通强国建设纲要》，如何以公路法治为途径落实《纲要》成为了建设现代化交通强国的关键。通过将交通强国建设与公路法治相结合，以法理层层分析《纲要》，运用理论与实践相结合、归纳分析方法，并将其与法学学理相结合，发现其中的法律缺陷与实施过程中产生的问题，并立足于自动驾驶、新能源等交通新业态，将其与实际生产生活相结合，以人民生活实例分析相关法律法规的利弊，最终对所探寻到的问题提出对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the outline of building a transportation power, how to implement the outline by means of highway rule of law has become the key to building a modern transportation power. By combining the construction of a powerful transportation country with the rule of law on roads, analyzing the outline layer by layer with legal principles, using the methods of combining theory with practice,induction and analysis, and combining it with legal theories, this paper finds the legal defects and problems in the implementation process, and establishes new traffic formats such as automatic driving and new energy, and combines it with actual production and life,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of relevant laws and regulations with examples of people’s life, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems explored.更多还原
