【摘要】 目的 研究对成人哮喘患者采取健康教育结合布地奈德治疗的效果。方法 将某院2020—2022年间收治的60例成人哮喘患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。对照组患者采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗并进行常规干预，实验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予健康教育。采用倍差法比较两组患者干预前后的治疗依从性、肺功能和生活质量改善情况。结果 干预后，实验组患者的治疗依从性、肺功能和生活质量改善情况均明显优于对照组。实验组患者的治疗满意度（93.33%）也高于对照组（63.33%）。结论 在成人哮喘治疗中采取健康教育结合布地奈德治疗的效果显著，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of health education combined with budesonide treatment for adult asthma patients. Methods A total of 60 adult asthma patients admitted to a hospital from 2020 to 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation and routine intervention. The patients in the experimental group were given health education on the basis of the treatment scheme in the control group. Difference-in-difference method was used to compare the improvement of treatment compliance,pulmonary function, and quality of life between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the improvement of treatment compliance, pulmonary function, and quality of life of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. The treatment satisfaction of patients in the experimental group(93.33%) was higher than that of the control group(63.33%).Conclusion The effect of health education combined with budesonide in the treatment of adult asthma is significant, and worth of popularizing.更多还原
