儿童抗NMDAR脑炎免疫功能的变化
Changes of immune function in children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis
【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童抗N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor-NMDAR)脑炎的免疫发病机制。方法应用流式细胞术检测抗NMDAR脑炎患儿及健康对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群数值(CD16+56,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD19+,CD4~+/CD8~+);应用化学发光法检测抗NMDAR脑炎患儿及健康对照组外周血细胞因子数值(IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)。结果 抗NMDAR脑炎患儿与健康对照组对比,两组CD16+56、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+数值无统计学差异;抗NMDAR脑炎患儿CD19+淋巴细胞高于对照组,统计学有显著差异;抗NMDAR脑炎患儿IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α数值显著高于对照组,统计学有显著差异。结论抗NMDAR脑炎患儿存在免疫功能紊乱,表现为CD19+淋巴细胞、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平明显增高。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the immunopathogenesis of anti-N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor(NMDAR) encephalitis in children. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis and healthy controls(CD16+56,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD19+,CD4~+/CD8~+);detection of cytokines in peripheral blood of children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis and healthy controls by Chemiluminescence(IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α). Results Comparison between children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis and healthy controls,there was no significant difference in CD16+56, CD4~+, CD8~+, CD4~+/CD8~+values;the CD19+lymphocytes in children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant;IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αvalues were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The immune dysfunction in children with anti-NMDAR encephalitis was shown as CD19+lymphocytes, IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αlevels significantly increased.
