【摘要】 白酒蒸馏是中国白酒酿造中的一项独特技术，针对中国白酒酿造工艺过程粗化、劳动强度大的问题，设计了基于组态王（KingView）的白酒蒸馏监控系统硬件结构、PLC控制配料过程、三蒸馏甑白酒的差压蒸馏节能生产和白酒蒸馏管理系统，实现了白酒装甑过程中蒸汽自动控制、成熟醪经成熟醪预热器预热后用三个蒸馏甑进行蒸馏、白酒装甑过程中蒸汽与冷凝水的自动控制和远程监控，达到能量耦合、降低能耗、提高白酒生产效率和降低成本的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liquor distillation is a unique technology in the brewing process of Chinese liquor. In this paper,aiming at the problems of coarsening and labor intensity in Chinese liquor making process,the hardware structure of Chinese liquor monitoring system based on KingView,PLC controls the batching process,three differential distillation for distilled Chinese liquor energy saving production and Chinese liquor distilling management system are designed;thus the steam automatic control in the process of Chinese liquor loading and retort,the mature mash is preheated by the mature mash preheater and distilled in three distillation retorts,automatic control of steam and condensate in Chinese liquor reloading process and remote monitoring are realized;the goal of energy coupling,reducing energy consumption,improving liquor production efficiency and reducing cost are achieved.更多还原
