【摘要】 目的 探讨线上BOPPPS教学模式联合以案例为导向的教学法（case-based learning,CBL）在妇科肿瘤教学的应用效果。方法 2020年9月—2021年2月，选取郑州大学第一附属医院2020级2班共80名作为研究对象，随机分为试验组40名和对照组40名。均采用线上教学的方法，试验组采用BOPPPS教学模式联合CBL教学法，对照组采取传统教学法。通过理论知识考核和满意度进行评估。结果 试验组理论知识考核（84.78±6.49）分；对照组（75.03±8.54）分，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。试验组教学满意度为97.5%(39/40)，对照组为75.00%(30/40)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 线上教学结合BOPPPS教学模式，联合CBL教学法可更有效的提高医学生将理论知识应用于临床病例中，提高教学效果及学生对教学模式的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of online BOPPPS combined with CBL in gynecological tumor teaching. Methods From September 2020 to February 2021, a total of 80 students from Class 2, Grade 2020, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into 40 in the test group and 40 in the control group. The online teaching method was used in both groups. The experimental group used BOPPPS teaching mode combined with CBL teaching method, and the control group used traditional teaching method. Evaluate through theoretical knowledge assessment and satisfaction. Results There was a significant difference between the test group(84.78±6.49) points and the control group(75.03 ± 8.54) points in terms of theoretical knowledge(P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.5%(39/40), while that of the control group was 75.00%(30/40), with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Online teaching combined with BOPPPS teaching mode combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve medical students’ application of theoretical knowledge in clinical cases.Moreover, the teaching effect and students’ satisfaction are improved with this new teaching mode.更多还原
