【摘要】 目的 探讨BOPPPS模式下的混合式教学改革在《牙合学》课程中的效果和应用体会。方法 2020年3—6月，将包头医学院2018级口腔医学专业的52名本科生通过随机抽取分组平均分成两组，试验组进行BOPPPS模式下的混合式教学，对照组进行传统教学。分析两组课程考核成绩和问卷调查结果进而评价培养效果。结果 试验组学生的课程考核实践技能操作得分和考核成绩总分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），但基础理论得分两组间差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。试验组学生对课程参与度、自主学习能力、临床思辨能力、解决问题能力和沟通协作能力培养的满意度评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 在《牙合学》课程中进行BOPPPS模式下的混合式教学改革，有利于提高学生掌握运用知识、技能的综合素质，学生满意度高，教学效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the effects and application experiences of the blended teaching reform under the BOPPPS mode in the course of Gnathology. Methods From March to June 2020, 52 undergraduates majoring in stomatology of grade 2018 in Baotou Medical College were divided into two groups by random selection. The experimental group carried out blended teaching under the BOPPPS mode, and the control group carried out traditional teaching. Analyze the examination results and questionnaire survey results of the two groups of courses, and then evaluate the training effect. Results The scores of practical skills operation and the total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in basic theory scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The satisfaction scores of students in the experimental group on course participation, independent learning abilities,clinical thinking abilities, problem-solving abilities and communication and collaboration abilities were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The blended teaching reform under the BOPPPS mode in the course of Gnathology is conducive to improving students’ comprehensive qualities in mastering and applying knowledge and skills. The students are highly satisfied and the teaching effect is satisfactory.更多还原
