【摘要】 地方医学院校主要培养应用型医学人才。医学生，作为未来的医务工作者，肩负着“健康所系、性命相托”的重任。因此，高等医学教育必须发挥知识、能力、素养等各要素的叠加效应，将医德教育、医疗技能教育贯穿医学教育始终。立德树人是医德教育的核心内容之一,以立德树人为根本的高等教育评价体系中提出，专业思想教育在专业人才培养过程中起着至关重要的作用，阐述了全员、全过程、全方位育人(简称“三全育人”)理念。不仅具备专业知识、能力、素养，还必须具备理想、信念、爱国情怀、道德品质等德育教育标准。基于此，承德医学院构建了课堂教学改革体系、校园文化建设体系和社会实践活动体系的“三堂会审”模式教育体系，实施医学生“立德树人”教育教学路径，构建地方医学院校专业课程和思政课程贯通融合的教学策略，为创建有特色的医学生医德教育提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Local medical colleges and universities mainly train applied medical talents. Medical Students,as future medical workers, have to take on the important responsibilities for that medicine is a“health related and life entrusted”career. Therefore, higher medical education must give full play to the superposed effect of knowledge, ability and accomplishment, and medical ethics education and medical skill education throughout medical education. Establishing morality and cultivating people is one of the core contents of medical ethics education. In the evaluation system of higher education, which takes morality as the foundation and people as the foundation,professional ideological education plays a vital role in the training of professional talents, and elaborates “threeintegrity” education concept combining all students, the whole process as well as comprehensiveness. Not only have the professional knowledge, ability, quality, but also have ideals, beliefs, patriotism, moral character and other standards of moral education. And for that reason, “three sessions” model with reform system of classroom teaching,system of campus culture and system of social practice is reconstructed in Chengde Medical University. A completely new strategy with carrying out the education and teaching path of “establishing morality and cultivating people” for medical students during teaching practice of integration of professional courses and ideological and political courses in local medical colleges and universities.
