【摘要】 目的 通过对山东省莱阳市所有乡镇医院护理从业人员培训现状的调研和分析,结合当地的实际情况给卫生主管部门提出政策建议。方法 调研人员设计调查问卷和访谈提纲,由山东省莱阳市所辖的17所乡镇医院的188名护理从业人员现场用问卷星答题并进行访谈。结果 82.98%的乡镇医院护理从业人员对培训满意;88.51%的乡镇医院护理从业人员参加过院内培训;17.55%的乡镇医院护理从业人员近3年没有参加过院内培训;67.55%的乡镇医院护理从业人员近3年没有参加过院外培训;82.98%的护理从业人员更期望获得新知识、新技术等方面的培训;41.49%的乡镇医院护理从业人员更期望通过现场演示的方式获得新技术等方面的培训。结论 山东省莱阳市乡镇医院护理人员的培训存在院外培训少、参加学术会议少、院内培训频次不足等问题;加强乡镇医院护理从业人员的在职培训,有助于提升她们的专业知识和专业技能,有利于提升护理服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to propose policy suggestions to the local health authority through the investigation of the current situation of nurses’ training in all the township health hospitals of Laiyang city Shandong Province.Methods 188 nurses in 17 the township health hospitals answered the questionnaire and the interviewed the outline designed by authors through questioning star software and interviewing. Results 82.98% of nursing staff in township hospitals were satisfied with the training. 88.51% of the nurses of the township health hospitals have participated in the in-hospital training; 17.55% of the nurses have not participated in the in-hospital training in the past three years; 67.55% of the nurses have not participated in the out-hospital training in the past three years; 82.98% of the nurses expected to receive training in new knowledge,new technology, etc.; 41.49% of the nurses expected to get training in new technology and other aspects through onsite demonstration. Conclusion There were some problems in the nurses’ training in the township health hospitals of Laiyang city Shandong Province, such as less out-of-hospital training, fewer academic conferences, insufficient frequency of in-hospital training, and so on. Strengthening on-the-job training of nurses in the township hospitals is conducive to improving the quality of nursing services and helping to improve their professional knowledge and skills.更多还原
