【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在探讨微课联合翻转课堂的混合教学模式在癫痫课程教学中的应用价值。方法 建立完整的微课平台,于2020年4—8月,哈尔滨医科大学2016级在校临床医学本科生(53名)陆续完成在线癫痫课程的学习,课前录制并发布微课,课上联合微课使用翻转课堂教学,课后进行问卷调查,满意度调查分为赞成、中立、反对三个等级,满意度=赞成/总人数×100%。评价其效果及可行性。并调查学生遇到的相关问题。结果 对于这种混合式教学模式能改善教学效果,45.3%～62.3%持赞成态度,18.9%～45.3%呈中立态度;学习过程中遇到的主要问题为学习平台不稳定、不易操作,人数占比为62.3%。结论 本研究发现大多数学生对微课与翻转课堂联合模式持赞成和中立态度,这说明该种课堂模式在癫痫课程的教学中发挥了积极作用,能改善教学效果,并调动起学生学习的积极性,同时也存在一些客观的问题需要不断改进和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of micro lectures combined with flipped class in epilepsy teaching. Methods A complete micro class platform was established. From April to August 2020, 53 clinical medical undergraduates of Harbin Medical University in 2016 successively completed the study of online epilepsy courses.Before class, micro classes were recorded and released. In class, flipped classroom teaching was used in conjunction with micro classes. After class, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The satisfaction survey was divided into three levels: approval, neutral and opposition. Its effect and feasibility were evaluated, and the related problems encountered by students were investigated. Results 45.3%～62.3% had a positive attitude and 18.9%～45.3%had a neutral attitude towards this blended teaching mode to improve teaching effectiveness; the main problems encountered in the learning process were that the learning platform was unstable and not easy to operate, with 62.3% of the students.Conclusion This study found that the majority of students had a positive and neutral attitude towards the combined microlearning and flipped classroom model, which indicates that this classroom model has played a positive role in the teaching of epilepsy courses, improving teaching effectiveness and mobilizing the enthusiasm of students to learn.
