雨课堂在留学生妇产科见习教学中的研究
Research on Rain Classroom Used in Medical Trainee Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology for International Students
【摘要】 目的 探讨雨课堂在留学生妇产科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年9月—2018年2月在西安交通大学医学院进行妇产科见习教学的2013级和2014级的留学生本科生为研究对象,2013级99名学生为对照组,采用传统教学;2014级97名学生为实验组,采用雨课堂教学。采用理论成绩和调查问卷的形式评价比较两种教学模式的教学效果。结果 实验组的理论考试成绩为(66.19±9.77)分,明显高于对照组(62.18±14.60)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。实验组基于雨课堂的混合教学模式更能帮助学生掌握理论知识、提高解决问题的能力、调动学习的积极性和主动性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组学生认为基于雨课堂的混合教学模式的课堂安排更加合理,学生的满意度显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。但是,两种教学模式在提高学生临床思维方面的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式,有助于提高留学生在妇产科的见习教学效果,并能提升留学生自主学习能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the mixed teaching model based on the rain classroom used in the medical trainee teaching of obstetrics of international students. Methods The 2013 and 2014 undergraduate international students of Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Science Center from September 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects. There were 99 undergraduate international student in the Grade 2013 who adopted the traditional teaching mode. It was the control group. There were 97 undergraduate international student in the Grade 2014 who adopted mixed teaching mode based on rain classroom. It was the experimental group.The theoretical examination scores and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the effect of these two teaching modes. Results The theoretical test score of the experimental group was(66.19±9.77) points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.18±14.60) points, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025). The mixed teaching mode based on rain class in the experimental group can better help students master theoretical knowledge, improve their ability to solve problems, and mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative in learning. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The students in the experimental group think that the classroom arrangement of the mixed teaching mode based on rain class is more reasonable, and the students’ satisfaction is significantly improved. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). However,there was no significant difference between the two teaching modes in improving students’ clinical thinking(P>0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching model based on rain classroom is helpful to improve the effect of undergraduate international students’ probation teaching in obstetrics and gynecology, and it can enhance their self-learning ability.
