【摘要】 目的 探讨PDCA对麻醉科住院医师规范化培训师资教学水平的影响。方法 研究对象为2019年11月—2020年11月46例麻醉科住院医师规范化培训带教师资,采取PDCA循环质量管理方法,对带教师资进行6轮改进措施,并对师资教学水平(师资考核、带教方式满意度、带教态度满意度、带教能力满意度、质量监督小组评价)进行评估。结果 对各轮次PDCA循环师资水平进行对比,师资水平各项指标均比之前明显增加(P <0.05)。结论 通过PDCA的实施,有助于解决麻醉科师资带教中存在的问题,不断提高质量管理水平及师资教学水平,是一种行之有效的师资管理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of PDCA on the teaching level of standardized training of anesthesiologists.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020, 46 cases of anesthesiologist standardized training with teacher resources were selected. PDCA cycle quality management method was adopted to improve the teacher resources for six rounds, and the teaching level(teacher assessment,satisfaction with teaching methods, satisfaction with teaching attitude, satisfaction with teaching ability, and evaluation of quality supervision group) was evaluated. Results Comparing the teachers’ level of each round of PDCA cycle,the indicators of teachers’ level were significantly increased than before(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA is helpful to solve the problems existing in the teaching of anesthesiology teachers, and constantly improve the quality management level and teaching level of teachers,which is an effective method of teacher management.更多还原
