【摘要】 目的 探讨客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）在口腔专业住院医师规范化培训技能考核中的应用效果。方法选取烟台市口腔医院43名住培医师，其中研究生学历30名，本科学历13名，进行OSCE 5个站点的考核，并对OSCE考核满意度进行问卷调查。利用单因素的重复测量统计分析（one-way repeated measures ANOVA）对考试成绩进行分析。结果 住培医师在第一站点及第三站点的平均分明显高于其他站点,平均分最低的是专科技能。不同学历住培医师的各站点成绩差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。调查问卷显示88.37%的住培医生认为OSCE站点设置合理，83.72%对场地，设施及考试服务态度满意，86.05%的住培医生认为通过OSCE考试帮助发现知识及技术的薄弱环节，95.35%的住培医师认为OSCE考核非常有必要，86.05%的住培医师认为OSCE考核比传统考试更有优势。结论 OSCE考核在住培医师规范化培训技能考核中应用取得良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in the standardized assessment of residents in stomatology.Methods 43 residents in Yantai Stomatological Hospital,including 30 graduates and 13 undergraduates were enrolled in this study.The OSCE test was conducted and the residents’ satisfaction was investigated by questionnaire. One-way repeated measures ANOVA was used for the test scores analysis. Results The average score of resident training doctors in the first and third sites was significantly higher than that in other sites, and the lowest average score was professional skills. There was no significant difference in the scores of resident doctors with different educational background(P>0.05). The questionnaire showed that 88.37% of residents believed that the setting of OSCE site was reasonable, 83.72% were satisfied with the venue,facilities and examination service attitude, 86.05% of residents believed that passing the OSCE examination could help find the weak links of knowledge and technology,95.35% of residents believed that the OSCE examination was very necessary, and 86.05% of residents believed that the OSCE examination had more advantages than the traditional examination. Conclusion The application of OSCE assessment in the standardized assessment of stomatological residents training had achieved good results.更多还原
