【摘要】 目的 了解临床医学专业学位研究生的心理压力状况,明确其压力程度及压力来源;为学者探究具有针对性的心理健康辅导方法提供价值。方法 一方面通过电子问卷形式发放PSTR心理压力量表,对6所医学院校550名临床医学专业学位研究生心理压力状况进行调查,通过秩和检验对调查结果进行统计分析,比较不同年级的研究生压力程度是否差异有统计学意义;另一方面通过发放压力来源调查问卷的方式,统计分析不同年级研究生压力的主要来源。结果 通过统计分析,临床医学专业学位不同年级研究生心理压力程度不同,2017级与2019级研究生心理压力程度具有统计学差异,其中2017级心理压力程度明显高于2019级;2017级与2018级、2018级与2019级研究生心理压力程度比较差异无统计学意义;不同年级研究生因面临的问题不同,其压力的主要来源也存在一定的差异。结论 当代临床医学专业学位研究生面临着各个方面的心理压力,且处于不同培养阶段的研究生压力程度及压力来源不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the psychological stress of graduate students majoring in clinical medicine,and identify the degree and source of the stress; It provides the basis for relieving their psychological pressure and improving their psychological ability of resisting pressure.Methods On the one hand, the PSTR psychological stress scale was used to investigate the psychological stress of 550 graduate students of clinical medicine degree in 6 medical colleges. The results of the survey were statistically analyzed to compare whether there were statistical differences in the degree of stress among graduate students of different grades.On the other hand, the main sources of stress for graduate students of different grades were analyzed by means of issuing questionnaires. Results According to statistical analysis,the degree of psychological stress of graduate students in different grades of clinical medicine is different. There is a statistical difference in the degree of psychological stress between graduate students in 2017 and 2019, and the degree of psychological stress in 2017 is significantly higher than that in 2019. There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of psychological stress between 2017 and 2018, 2018 and 2019 graduate students. Due to the different problems faced by graduate students of different grades, the main sources of their pressure are also different to some extent. Conclusion Graduate students in clinical medicine are facing various aspects of psychological pressure, and the degree and source of pressure are different in different training stages.更多还原
