【摘要】 目的 研究翻转课堂结合PBL对预防医学教学的应用效果。方法 选择某医学院2018级预防医学专业的98名学生作为本次研究主体，根据随机数字表法将这98名学生分为两组，对照组（49名）采用传统方式开展预防医学教学，观察组（49名）采取翻转课堂结合PBL的方式开展教学，对两种教学方式的应用效果进行研究。结果 观察组的综述和期末成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组期末成绩构成以80分及以上为主，与对照组差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组对教学满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组各项学习指标的评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 在预防医学的教学中采用翻转课堂结合PBL的教学方式能显著提高学生的学习成绩，提高学生的课堂参与度和学习兴趣，使学生的学习态度、能力及专业素养获得良好的提升，值得在教学中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of flipped classroom combined with PBL on preventive medicine teaching. Methods To choose a medical grade 2018, 98 students of preventive medicine specialty as the study subject, according to the stochastic indicator method that 98 students can be divided into two groups, control group(49) adopts the traditional way of preventive medicine teaching, observation group(49) to flip way of PBL in teaching class, to study the application effect of two kinds of teaching methods. Results The review and final scores of observation group were higher than those of control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05). The final score composition of the observation group was mainly 80 points or above, and there was a statistical difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). The scores of each learning index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method in preventive medicine teaching can significantly improve students’ academic performance,improve students’ class participation and learning interest,and improve students’ learning attitude, ability and professional quality, which is worthy of application in teaching.更多还原
