【摘要】 单病种教学查房是衔接医学理论知识和临床实践的重要桥梁，是培养临床医师良好逻辑思维能力和临床实践能力的有效方法，近年在本院住培教学中得到了广泛的应用。我们神内教学团队基于循证医学的理念并紧随医学发展的前沿，经过临床教学的不断实践和论证，优化了单病种教学查房的流程，丰富了教学查房的内涵，并融合了以团队为基础（team-based learning,TBL）的“案例教学法（case-based learning,CBL）”和“问题教学法（problem-based learning,PBL）”的教学方法，激励了住培学员自主学习的积极性，提高了学员的临床实践能力，进一步提高了住培的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Single-disease teaching rounds are an i m p o r t a n t b r i d g e c o n n e c t i n g m e d i c a l t h e o r e t i c a l knowledge and clinical practice. It is an effective method for cultivating clinicians’ good logical thinking ability and clinical practice ability.
