【摘要】 医学影像技术学是医学影像学领域的一门重要学科，属于一门新兴技术类学科，课程涵盖面广，授课要求理论性实践性强，教师在教学过程中必须具备坚定的理想信念、高尚的道德情怀，还应具备良好的专业思维、扎实的理工医知识储备以及良好的医学实践操作能力。由于种种原因，多数院校存在专职教师人员配备较少，教师队伍力量薄弱，有待进一步优化升级。“双师”型教师建设模式能够改变传统教学模式，强化基础教师与临床教师之间知识融合，挖掘本学科潜在优势，加强学科专业建设，进而激发学生主动学习探索的热情。通过探索“双师”型教师建设模式，建立长效机制，不断培养教师各方面技能，促进基础教学和临床教学教师优势互补，挖掘医学影像技术教师队伍潜力，激发教师授课及科研热情，努力提高团队凝聚力创造力，努力推动整体教学进程，以获得良好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical imaging technology is a new technology subject in the field of medical imaging, which covers a wide range of courses and requires strong theoretical and practical teaching. Teachers must have firm ideals and beliefs, noble moral feelings, good professional thinking,solid scientific and technical knowledge reserve and good medical practice and operation ability in the teaching process. Due to various reasons, most colleges have fewer full-time teachers and weak teachers, which need to be further optimized and upgraded. The construction mode of "double-qualified" teachers can change the traditional teaching mode, strengthen the knowledge fusion between basic teachers and clinical teachers, tap the potential advantages of this discipline, strengthen the construction of disciplines and specialties, and then stimulate students’ enthusiasm for active learning and exploration.
