【摘要】 21世纪是科技高速发展的时代，技术发展日新月异，创新思想的重要性不言而喻，为了顺应时代需求，培养出大量创新性人才，我国多所高校设立了“国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目”，旨在促进高校转变教育理念，改革人才培养模式，增强高校学生的创新能力。众所周知，医学理论知识是建立在大量的实验之上，医学院校的大学生创新项目理应处于一种高水平的状态，但现阶段我国多数医学院校大学生创新项目仍停留在研究深度低，实验水平差，学生自主性低，创新思想不足的低水平阶段。为了探究现阶段高校医学院大学生创新项目滞后的原因，同时也为了探寻医学院校创新人才培养的思路与方法，笔者通过长期对医学院大学生创新项目的实践、总结和思考，从大学生创新项目的现状、原因及举措等方面完善医学院校大学生创新项目人才培养的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21st century is an era of rapid development of science and technology. With the rapid development of technology, the importance of innovative ideas is selfevident. In order to meet the needs of the times and cultivate a large number of innovative talents, a number of colleges and universities in China have set up the "national innovation and Entrepreneurship training program" to promote the transformation of educational ideas, reform the talent training mode and enhance the innovation ability of college students power. As we all know, medical theoretical knowledge is based on a large number of experiments,medical college students’ innovation projects should be at a high level, but at this stage, most of our medical college students’ innovation projects are still in the low level stage of low research depth, poor experimental level, low students’ Autonomy and lack of innovative ideas. In order to explore the reasons for the lag of innovation projects of medical college students at this stage, and to explore the ideas and methods of training innovative talents in medical colleges and universities, the author, through long-term practice,summary and thinking of Medical College Students’ innovation projects, improves the implementation of personnel training of Medical College students’ innovation projects from the current situation, causes and measures of College Students’ innovation projects.更多还原
