【摘要】 目的 探讨口腔健康线上教育对加强医护人员围术期患者口腔卫生管理的效果评价。方法 选择40名骨科医护人员对其进行口腔健康线上教育，并进行测试考核。考核合格后对2018年2月—2019年2月入院的60例骨科择期手术患者进行了围术期口腔卫生管理，评价患者围术期口腔卫生健康状况变化。结果 所有医护人员均完成口腔健康教育线上课程，并通过考核。通过对60例择期手术患者进行围术期口腔卫生健康管理，16例患者因存在口腔卫生不良因素，44例择期手术患者入院后医护人员共同完成围术期口腔卫生管理，在院期间未见明显手术并发症，术前术后口腔卫生状况良好差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05），所有择期患者的围术期满意度高。结论 口腔健康线上教育可提高医护人员的口腔预防保健知识，加强医护人员对患者围术期口腔健康的关注度，有望提高患者围术期口腔卫生管理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of oral health online education on oral health management of perioperative patients. Methods 40 medical staff were selected to carry out oral health online education. when course completed,all participants were test and assessment. After passing the exam, 60 patients form February 2018 to February 2019 were involved in. The management and assessment for those patients were implement. Results All medical staff have completed the oral health education online course and passed the examination. Considering risk factors of poor oral hygiene, 16 patients were recommended to take oral hygiene treatment before admission. During perioperative period,the rest of 44 patients were managed by the medical staff with oral health care. There were no obvious complications during in-patient time among all patients. There was no statistical difference in oral health status before and after operation(P>0.05). All patients were acquired a high satisfaction level. Conclusion Oral health online education can improve the knowledge of oral prevention and health care for medical staff, strengthen the attention of medical staff to the oral health of patients during the perioperative period, and develop the quality of oral hygiene management in perioperative period.更多还原
