【摘要】 皮肤性病学是一门病因病机复杂、涉及多个学科领域的形态学科，专业性和实践性很强，学生要想做到理论知识与实践经验的融会贯通，长期的实践积累必不可少。但该学科的实习教学课时往往较少，加上教师临床、科研任务重，学生课业繁重、重视度不够，实习教学质量难以保证。因此，探索有效的提高实习教学质量的方法至关重要。随着研究生助教制度在全国高校的执行，有不少研究表明，研究生担任助教在一定程度上提高了教学质量，并为培养高素质的青年教师奠定了一定的基础，但该制度在皮肤性病学实习教学中的应用却寥寥可数。本文根据我国目前皮肤性病学教学现状，着重介绍了选拔具有扎实皮肤性病学理论知识和相关临床经验、临床思维的研究生担任皮肤性病学实习教学助教的实践和意义，对如何保证皮肤性病学实习教学质量提出了建议，并阐明了在皮肤性病学实习教学中执行研究生助教制度的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dermatovenerology is a morphological discipline with complex etiology and pathogenesis,and involves multiple fields.It is highly professional and practical.Long-term practical accumulation is essential for students to achieve a comprehensive understanding of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.However,it is difficult to guarantee the quality of practice teaching because of the small number of practice teaching hours,the heavy clinical and scientific research tasks of teachers,and the heavy homework and insufficient attention of students.Therefore,it is very significant to explore effective ways to improve the teaching quality of practice.With the implementation of postgraduate teaching assistant system in colleges and universities all over the country,many studies have shown that postgraduates work as teaching assistants improves the teaching quality to a certain extent and lays a certain foundation for training highquality young teachers.However,the application of this system in practical teaching of Dermatovenerology is very few.According to the current teaching situation of Dermatovenerology in China,we introduce the practice and meaning of selecting postgraduates who not only acquire proficiency in theory knowledge,but also master strong practice ability and clinical thinking work as teaching assistants in Dermatovenerology internship teaching.Some suggestions on how to ensure the quality of Dermatovenerology internship teaching were put forward,meanwhile the importance of postgraduate teaching assistant system in Dermatovenerology internship teaching was demonstrated.更多还原
