大倾角输送机机架设计与优化

【摘要】 针对大倾角输送机在现场使用时机架易坍塌现象,文中开展了对机架的强度、刚度的研究;以矿用带式输送机机架的结构性能为基础,并结合露天矿端帮特点及运量要求,设计了一组机架,为了提高机架的强度和刚度,对大倾角输送机机架进行了力学研究和仿真分析,通过对大倾角输送机机架的力学研究,提出了一种计算曲线梁的方法,总结出力矩计算公式;通过对不同结构的机架进行仿真分析,得出上排梁结构优于下排梁结构的结论。通过对机架结构进行模态分析和谐响应分析可以得到机架变去啊形频率响应曲线,进而得到不同频率激励下机架的变形情况,最终设计了一款符合要求的机架结构。

【Abstract】 Since the large dip-angle conveyor’s frame is easy to collapse when it is used in the field, in this article, the analysis is conducted on its strength and stiffness. Based on the structure performance of the mine belt conveyor’s frame, as well as in combination with the characteristics of open-pit mine end slope and the capacity requirements, a set of frames are developed, in order to improve strength and stiffness. The large dip-angle conveyor’s frame is subject to the mechanics research and simulation analysis; efforts are made to puts forward a method of calculating the curve beam and sum up the torque calculation formula. Through the simulation analysis on the frames with different structures, it is concluded that the upper beam structure is better than the lower beam structure. The modal and harmonious response analysis is carried out on the frame structure; deformation of the frame with different frequency excitation is worked out with the help of the deformation frequency response curve. Finally, the frame structure that meets the requirements is designed.
