【摘要】 对2021年新疆棉花生产、籽棉销售、加工销售、皮棉价格、棉花补贴等情况进行了汇总，并归纳和分析了2021年度新疆棉花产业突出问题。调研发现：同比上年，2021年新疆棉花植棉面积略增，总产减少、单产下降，棉花综合生长发育指数偏低，品质有所提升，籽棉交售价格高于预期，植棉效益增加显著；同时，还存在植棉成本上升、优质优价导向不足、自然灾害频发、水资源紧缺、棉花生产国际形势错综复杂、国际话语权低等问题。提出了相应建议措施，助力新疆棉花产业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, cotton production, seed cotton sales, cotton processing, ginned cotton prices and cotton subsidies of Xinjiang cotton were synthetically analyzed in 2021 by surveying Xinjiang cotton industry condition. The survey found that compared with the previous year, the area of cotton planting increased slightly,cotton yield per unit area and total cotton output decreased, the comprehensive growth and development index was relatively low, fiber quality had improved, seed cotton prices exceeded the expectation and planting benefit was higher than expected. Meanwhile, there were many problems that need to be improved in cotton industry such as the rising cost of cotton planting, insufficient quality and price guidance, natural disasters occurred frequently, shortage of water resource, complicated international situation of cotton production, and low international voice. Corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward to help the development of Xinjiang cotton industry.更多还原
