利用主成分和隶属函数法评价40份早熟棉F2材料

【摘要】 基于形态指标、产量指标和品质指标,综合评价40份陆地棉杂交组合后代F2材料在长江流域的表现,为长江流域棉花新品种的选育奠定基础。以40份早熟棉F2材料为试验材料,利用主成分分析和隶属函数法对各材料10个主要性状进行分析,筛选出综合性状优良的F2代材料,提高创新种质的利用率。结果表明:主成分分析参试40材料的10个主要性状可以用4个主成分因子(累计贡献率达78.9%)来描述,各材料4个主因子综合得分值以F2-17、F2-36、F2-11、F2-10、F2-18、F2-25、F2-9、F2-1、F2-32和F2-28材料位于前10位;隶属函数法各材料10个性状平均值以F2-17、F2-11、F2-1、F2-25、F2-10、F2-15、F2-2、F2-28、F2-18和F2-35材料位于前10位。通过综合比较与分析认为,F2-17、F2-11、F2-1、F2-25、F2-10和F2-28综合性状优良,可作为创新种质材料利用。

【Abstract】 Based on morphological indexes, yield indexes and quality indexes, this studys comprehensive evaluated the performance of F2 materials of 40 upland cotton hybrid combinations in the Yangtze River Basin, laying the foundation for the breeding of new cotton varieties in the Yangtze River Basin. The 10 main characters of 40 early maturing cotton F2 materials were analyzed by principal component analysis and membership function method, and screening out excellent comprehensive F2 materials to improve the utilization rate of innovative germplasm. The results showed that the 10 main characteristics of the 40 materials tested in the principal component analysis can be described by 4 principal component factors(cumulative contribution rate of 78.90%), and the composite score value of the 4 principal factors of each material are ranked in the top 10 with F2-17、F2-36、F2-11、F2-10、F2-18、F2-25、F2-9、F2-1、F2-32 and F2-28 materials. According to the membership function method, the average values of the 10 traits of each material are ranked in the top 10 with F2-17、F2-11、F2-1、F2-25、F2-10、F2-15、F2-2、F2-28、F2-18 and F2-35 materials. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis, it is concluded that F2-17, F2-11, F2-1, F2-25, F2-10 and F2-28 have excellent comprehensive properties and can be used as innovative germplasm materials.
