基于机电创新平台的停车装置设计
Design of Parking Device Based on Electromechanical Innovation Platform
【摘要】 近年来,机动车数量不断提升,停车难的问题越来越明显,所以立体停车装置有很大的实际需求。首先分析比较了目前市面上存在的6种立体停车装置的优缺点,然后运用三维设计软件设计了一款摩天轮式立体停车装置,该停车装置外形为摩天轮形状,可以根据结构尺寸的大小,增减层数和每一层的车位数,每个停车位上安装有感应灯;采用伺服电机作为动力源,传动装置由齿轮传动、带传动组成。运用三维仿真软件对停车装置和汽车的运动进行模拟运动,观察停车装置的运动状态,检查干涉。以“慧鱼”创意组合模型和“Makeblock”模型为平台,通过结构设计、模块拼装与软件编程等环节,制作了摩天轮式立体停车装置样机,直观呈现并阐述了该装置的结构原理及制作过程,并通过实验调试该装置能够实现汽车的安全停放。该停车装置外形美观、车位数目多,存取车方便可靠,制作成本低,能够保护车辆,增加绿化面积,该设计中融入绿色发展理念,推动了现代化城市的绿色发展,具有很强的实用性及较大的推广价值。
【Abstract】 In recent years,with the increasing number of motor vehicles,the problem of difficult parking is becoming more and more obvious,so there is a great practical demand for three-dimensional parking devices.The advantages and disadvantages of six kinds of threedimensional parking devices on the market at present were analyzed and compared firstly,and then a ferris wheel three-dimensional parking device was designed using three-dimensional design software.The parking device was shaped like a ferris wheel,which could increase or decrease the number of layers and the number of parking spaces on each layer according to the size of the structure,and each parking space was installed with induction lights.Servo motor as power source,transmission device by gear drive,belt drive composition.3D simulation software was used to simulate the movement of the parking device and the car,observe the movement state of the parking device,check the interference.Based on the"fischertechnik"innovation and"Makeblock model",a ferris wheel stereo parking device was made through structural design,module assembly and software programming.The structural principle and manufacturing process of the device were described.Through experimental debugging,the safe parking of cars could be realized.The parking device has a beautiful appearance,a large number of parking spaces,convenient and reliable access to cars,low production cost,can protect vehicles and increase green area,it has promoted the green development of the modern city,and has strong practicability and great promotion value.
