【摘要】 金融科技是金融业实现数字化转型的重要技术，建立高水平的金融科技人才培养体系是我国金融业实现高质量发展的必要条件。金融科技人才培养模式不能简单沿用传统金融学科的培养方式。应从学科链、人才链、产业链的角度聚焦人才培养路径：学科链推进金融科技学科和教学改革、建立学科交叉融合的实践课程体系和多元化考核评价标准；人才链明确本硕博各阶段的人才培养模式、探索“本硕博贯通”培养模式；产业链建立金融科技产教融合创新模式、形成“高校-企业-市场”贯通机制、打造“知识-技术-课程”一体化产业学院，最终形成“学科链-人才链-产业链”三链融合的人才培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fintech is an important technology for the financial industry to realize digital transformation, and the establishment of a high-level fintech talent training system is a necessary condition for China’s financial industry to achieve high-quality development.The training mode of fintech talents cannot simply follow the training mode of traditional financial discipline.This study focuses on the cultivation path of talents and conducts research from the perspectives of discipline chain, talent chain and industry chain: discipline chain promotes the reform of financial technology disciplines and teaching, establishes a cross-integrated practice curriculum system and diversified assessment and evaluation standards; talent chain clarifies the cultivation mode of talents at each stage of undergraduate and doctoral programs, and explores the “undergraduate and doctoral through” cultivation mode; the industry chain establishes the innovative model of financial technology industry-education integration, forms the mechanism of “university-enterprise-market” integration, and builds the “knowledge-technology-curriculum” integrated industry college.Finally, it will form a talent cultivation model with the integration of “discipline chain-talent chain-industry chain”.更多还原
