【摘要】 经过几十年的发展，技术创新与企业增长关系的研究取得了重要的进展，从单纯地探究技术创新对企业增长是否有显著的影响转变为多维思考技术创新在何种情境下对企业增长有积极影响。文章构建出技术创新影响企业增长的理论框架，从投入、类型和产出分析技术创新对企业增长的直接影响，从企业属性、行业特征、国家环境三个层面总结技术创新影响企业增长的调节变量，从组织内部因素和外部因素梳理技术创新影响企业增长的中介机制，概括现有的研究局限，并提出未来研究方向。文章明晰了技术创新如何影响企业增长这一领域的研究现状，对技术创新与企业增长关系的研究提供重要的理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 After decades of development, the research on the relationship between technological innovation and firm growth has made important progress, from simply exploring whether technological innovation has a significant impact on firm growth to what conditions or situations technological innovation has a positive impact on firm growth. This research constructs the theoretical framework of the impact of technological innovation on firm growth, and analyzes the direct impact from the input, type and output, the moderating variables from three levels of firm attributes, industry characteristics, and national environmen, the mediation mechanismfrom the internal and external factors of the organization. This research further outlines the existing research limitations and proposes future research directions. We clarifiy the research statusand provide important theoretical guidance for the study of the relationship between technological innovation and firm growth.更多还原
