【摘要】 文章基于中关村园区2015—2020年的企业数据，对战略性新兴产业政府采购对创新绩效的影响进行了研究。结果发现：政府采购对战略性新兴产业企业创新绩效具有正向影响；创新合作在政府采购与创新绩效之间起部分中介作用；融资约束在政府采购与创新合作、政府采购与创新绩效之间起调节作用，融资约束越宽松，政府采购对企业创新合作以及创新绩效的激励作用越强；融资约束调节了创新合作在政府采购与创新绩效之间的中介作用。研究丰富和拓展了政府采购与企业创新的相关研究，为深入理解政府采购对企业创新的作用机理提供了微观证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the enterprise data of Zhongguancun Industrial Park from 2015 to 2020, this paper studied the impact of government procurement of strategic emerging industries on innovation performance. The results show that government procurement has a significant incentive effect on enterprise technological innovation; Innovation cooperation plays an mediating role between government procurement and innovation performance; Financing constraints play a moderating role between government procurement and innovation cooperation, as well as between government procurement and innovation performance, the more relaxed financing constraints are, the more positive role government procurement plays in innovation cooperation and innovation performance; Financing constraints moderated the mediating role of innovation cooperation between government procurement and innovation performance. This paper enriches researches on the relationship of government procurement and enterprise technology innovation, and provides microscopic evidence for further understanding the mechanism of government procurement on technological innovation.更多还原
