高技术产业集聚、创新与制造业高水平“走出去”——基于出口技术复杂度提升视角
High-tech Industrial Agglomeration,Innovation and the High Level "Going out" of China’s Manufacturing Industry:From the Perspective of Export Technical Complexity Upgrading
【摘要】 文章利用2009—2018年中国30个省份的面板数据,以出口技术复杂度来表征制造业高水平"走出去",运用面板回归模型及门槛效应模型,对高技术产业集聚及其创新影响制造业高水平"走出去"的独立效应和协同效应进行实证检验。研究发现高技术产业集聚与高技术产业创新对制造业出口技术复杂度均具有提升作用;高技术产业集聚与创新的协同作用对出口复杂度提升产生正向影响;以高技术产业集聚度作为门槛变量进行实证检验发现,高技术产业创新与出口技术复杂度存在非线性门槛效应。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2009 to 2018, this paper uses panel regression model and threshold effect model to empirically test the independent effect and synergistic effect of high-tech industrial agglomeration and innovation on the highlevel "going out" of manufacturing industry in the perspective of the export technical complexity. Research shows that both the agglomeration and the innovation of high tech industry can promote the export technical complexity of manufacturing industry. The synergy of high-tech industrial agglomeration and innovation has a positive impact on the increase of export technical complexity. The empirical test with high-tech industry agglomeration as the threshold variable shows that there is a nonlinear threshold effect between high-tech industry innovation and export technical complexity.
