铜尾矿掺量对水泥熟料性能的影响

【摘要】 以铜尾矿作为硅质原料,在不同温度(1410℃、1430℃和1450℃)下进行煅烧,得到了相应的硅酸盐水泥熟料样品。通过对f-CaO含量、岩相及物理力学性能的分析,研究了铜尾矿对生料易烧性,熟料矿物组成,水泥的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性及抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着铜尾矿掺量增加,f-CaO含量下降;熟料岩相中A矿与B矿含量随铜尾矿掺量增加而增加,且掺入铜尾矿有助于提高水泥净浆强度;水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和安定性均符合国家标准。

【Abstract】 Copper tailings were calcined at different temperatures(1410℃, 1430℃ and 1450℃), and the corresponding Portland cement clinker samples were obtained.Through the analysis of f-CaO content, petrography and physical and mechanical properties, the effects of copper tailings on burnability of raw meal, mineral composition of clinker, water consumption for standard consistency of cement, setting time,stability and compressive strength were studied.The results show that the content of f-CaO decreases with the increase of copper tailings content; The contents of A and B minerals in clinker lithofacies increase with the increase of copper tailings, and the addition of copper tailings helps to improve the strength of cement paste; The water consumption, setting time and stability of standard consistency of cement meet the national standard.
