一种新型锥齿轮-滚轮平盘式无级变速器的设计研究
Design and Research of a Bevel Gear-roller Flat Plate CVT
【摘要】 基于传统的滚轮平盘式无级变速器的传动原理,结合锥齿轮的传动特点,提出了一种新型锥齿轮-滚轮平盘式无级变速器;分析了该无级变速器的传动原理和结构特征,建立了滚轮-平盘间的力学传动模型;运用接触力学和摩擦学原理,对锥齿轮-滚轮平盘式无级变速器进行设计分析,运用Ansys进行了瞬态仿真分析。结果表明,该新型锥齿轮-滚轮平盘式无级变速器的承载能力有显著的提升。
【Abstract】 Based on the transmission principle of traditional roller flat plate CVT and the transmission characteristics of bevel gears, a new bevel gear-roller flat plate CVT is proposed, the transmission principle and structural characteristics of the CVT are analyzed, and the mechanical transmission mathematical model between roller and flat plate is established; based on the principles of contact mechanics and tribology, the design and analysis of bevel gear-roller flat plate CVT is carried out. Using Ansys for transient simulation, the results show that the carrying capacity of the new CVT is significantly improved.
