飞灰替代矿粉对沥青胶浆性能的影响
Effect of fly ash replacement of mineral powder on performance of asphalt mastic
【摘要】 通过常规试验、动态剪切试验、低温弯曲梁试验、疲劳试验等对飞灰、矿粉和沥青三者组成的胶浆的常规性能、高中低温流变性能以及疲劳性能进行研究,分析了粉胶比和飞灰掺量对沥青胶浆性能的影响。试验结果表明,在飞灰替换量为25%左右时,常规性能变化程度最为明显;提高粉胶比、飞灰替换矿粉比例均能使沥青胶浆高温性能大幅度提高,但低温性能存在一定程度降低;采用适量飞灰替换比及粉胶比可同时兼顾沥青胶浆的高低温性能。另外,在中低温条件下,飞灰的掺入使得胶浆疲劳性能显著降低。
【Abstract】 The conventional performance, rheological performance and fatigue performance of the asphalt mastic which consist of the fly ash, mineral powder and asphalt were studied through the conventional test, dynamic shear test, low temperature bending beam test and fatigue test.The effect of the powder-binder ratio and the replacement ratio of fly ash on the performance of the asphalt mortar was analyzed. The test results show that when the replacement amount of fly ash is about 25%, the changes of conventional performance are most obvious. The high temperature performance of asphalt mortar can be greatly improved by increasing the ratio of powder to binder and the ratio of fly ash replacing mineral powder, but the low temperature performance was reduced to a certain extent.Therefore, the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mortar can be considered simultaneously by using appropriate fly ash replacement ratio and powder binder ratio. Besides, the fatigue performance of the asphalt mastic decreased significantly with the addition of fly ash at medium and low temperature.
