【摘要】 目的:探讨近5年冠心病合并失眠的研究现状及研究热点。方法:检索Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普数据库2017年—2021年冠心病合并失眠相关文献，利用文献计量学研究方法和VOSviewer对期刊、作者、研究机构、关键词等进行提取分析，可视化展示近5年研究现状和发展方向。结果:共纳入100篇外文文献、705篇中文文献。中文文献发文量逐年递增，英文文献有波动下降的趋势；从发文国家看，排在前3位的是美国、中国、英国；中文文献研究热点为冠心病合并失眠的干预疗效、心理治疗、护理干预、发病人群及高危因素，英文文献研究重点在生活质量、治疗、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、危险因素上。结论:冠心病合并失眠研究的核心作者团队尚未形成，作者间合作、交流有待加强；心理疗法、护理干预、生活质量的研究可能是未来的研究热点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the research status quo and research hotspots of coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia in recent five years.Methods:The literature on coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia from 2017 to 2021 was retrieved from the Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database, and VIP Database.The journals, authors, research institutions, keywords, etc.,were extracted and analyzed using bibliometric research methods and VOSviewer to visualize the research status quo and development direction in the past five years.Results:A total of 100 papers in foreign languages and 705 papers in Chinese literature were included.The number of published Chinese literature increased year by year.English literature has a tendency of fluctuation and decline; the top three countries are the United States, China, and the United Kingdom in Issuing countries.The Chinese literature′s research hotspots included intervention effect, psychotherapy, nursing intervention, incidence population, and high-risk factors of coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia.The English literature focuses on quality of life, treatment, Pittsburgh sleep quality Index, and risk factors.Conclusions:The core author group of CHD combined with insomnia has not been formed yet, and the cooperation and communication among authors need to be strengthened.The research of psychotherapy, nursing intervention and quality of life may be the hot spots in the future.更多还原
