【Abstract】 This article reviews the research progress of transitional care in patients with rectal cancer after enterostomy.It is pointed out that there are current situations such as shortage of professional stoma personnel and unbalanced distribution of nursing resources.In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the training of stoma specialist nurses, establish a transitional care needs evaluation index system, improve the community transitional care model, comprehensively use a variety of transitional care models suitable for patients, and develop in the direction of informatization.更多还原
