【摘要】 高校国际联盟作为高校推动合作组织模式变革的重要实践，既体现了高校深化国际交流与合作的现实诉求，又反映了高校参与全球议题的集体意志。在后疫情时代背景下，加强高校国际联盟建设将有助于中国高校构建更为多元的国际合作关系以及持续引入优质的高等教育资源。以AGIL模型为分析框架，基于对五个具有广泛国际影响力的高校国际联盟的比较分析，发现这些跨区域联盟型学术组织在运行逻辑与组织特征等方面，已形成诸多共性优势。这是确保高校国际联盟实现可持续性发展并持续拓展其国际影响力的关键要素。中国高校作为高校国际联盟工作的新晋参与者，有必要总结并借鉴此类发展经验，为进一步提升中国高校主导高校国际联盟事务的能力提供助力。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important practice of universities to promote the reform of cooperative organization model, the international alliance of universities not only reflects the realistic demands of universities to deepen international exchanges and cooperation, but also reflects the collective will of universities to participate in global issues. In the context of the post-epidemic era, strengthening the construction of the universities international alliances will help China’s universities to build more diverse international cooperative relations and continue to introduce high-quality higher education resources. Taking the AGIL model as the framework and based on the comparative analysis of the five international alliances of universities withvast global influences, it is found that these cross-regional alliance-type academic organizations have formed many common advantages in terms of operational logic and organizational characteristics. This is a key element for theinternational alliances of universitiesto obtain sustainable development and continue to expand their world influence. As new participants interms of developing the international alliances ofuniversities, China’s universities should summarize and learn from such development experiences, so as to provide assistance to further enhance the ability of China’s universities to lead the affairs of the international alliances of universities.更多还原
