激光微织构对V型卡箍回弹影响的研究
The Research on the Effect of Laser Microtexturing on the Springback of the V-Clamp
【摘要】 为了抑制V型卡箍冲压卸载后产生的回弹,在V型卡箍模具表面加工激光微织构以改变模具与板料间的摩擦系数。利用有限元模拟不同摩擦系数下V型卡箍的回弹,对V型卡箍模具表面摩擦系数对卡箍回弹的影响进行分析,最后进行了实验验证。研究结果表明抑制V型卡箍头部凸台部位各处产生的回弹,可以减小凸模凸台竖直边区及圆角区的摩擦系数,增加凹模凸台竖直边区及圆角区的摩擦系数;抑制V型卡箍V型底槽圆弧的回弹,可以减小凸模圆弧沟槽圆角区的摩擦系数,增加凹模圆弧沟槽圆角区的摩擦系数。为在V型卡箍模具表面加工激光微织构以抑制回弹提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 In order to suppress the springback that occurs after theV-shaped clamp is unloaded from stamping,a laser microtexture is processed on the surface of the V-shaped clamp mold to change the friction coefficient between the mold and the blank. The springback of the V-clamp with different friction coefficients was simulated by using finite element method. The influence of the friction of the surface of the V-clamp mold on the springback of the clamp was analyzed. Finally,the experimental verification was performed. The research results show that suppressing the springback generated at the boss parts of the head of the V-shaped clamp can reduce the friction coefficient of the vertical edge area and the fillet area of the convex boss,and increase the vertical edge area and the fillet area of the convex boss coefficient of friction. Suppressing the rebound of the Vshaped groove of the V-shaped bottom groove of the V-clamp can reduce the friction coefficient of the round area of the convex mold groove and increase the friction coefficient of the round area of the concave mold groove. It provides a theoretical basis for machining laser micro-texture on the surface of V-clamp dies to suppress springback.
