大尺度台板端面磨削加工的三维仿真与试验研究
Three-Dimensional Simulation and Experimental Study on Face Grinding of Large-Sale Platen
【摘要】 针对大尺度台板端面磨削加工容易出现磨削烧伤的问题,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,建立了单颗磨粒磨削有限元模型,仿真分析分别得到磨削速度和磨削深度对磨削温度的影响规律。基于仿真结果,以避免台板端面出现磨削烧伤为目标,利用内径147mm、外径197mm的杯型白刚玉砂轮,对材料为316L不锈钢的大尺度台板进行端面磨削工艺优化的实验。实验结果显示,砂轮转速在(1250~1600)r/min范围内选取,磨削深度控制在20μm左右,可以获得良好的端面磨削效果。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of grinding burns on the end surface of large-scale platen,the finite element model of single abrasive grinding was established by the finite element analysis software called ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The influence rules of the grinding speed and grinding depth on the grinding temperature was obtained by simulation analysis.Based on the simulation results,in order to avoid grinding burn on the end face of the platen,large-scale platen made of 316L stainless steel was subjected to the end face grinding process optimization experiment by using a cup-shaped white corundum grinding wheel with an inner diameter of 147mm and an outer diameter of 197mm.The experimental results show that the grinding wheel speed is selected in the range of(1250~1600)r/min,and the grinding depth is controlled at about 20μm,which can obtain good end face grinding effect.
