槽式反光镜支架连接平面间隙测量的方法研究
The Research on Measurement Method of Plane Gap Measurement for Slotted Mirror Mount
【摘要】 针对槽式光热发电反光镜支架连接板面位置在加工过程中发生移动和偏转,与反光镜刚性装配使反光镜面支撑点处变形的问题。我们提出了标准件与待测件连接板平面对比的比较测量法。分析了槽式支架的误差来源,建立了基于检测原理建立了数学模型;研制了相应的检测设备;对扭矩管式反光镜支架的八块连接板进行了检测,数据分析对比传统的模具接触式测量法,检测结果优于0.01mm。该检测系统原理科学,速度快,精度高,对槽式支架装配具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The position of the connecting plate surface of the trough type photothermal power generation mirror bracket is moved and deflected during the processing,and the rigid assembly of the mirror mirror deforms the supporting point of the mirror surface. We propose a comparative measurement method for comparing the plane of the standard part with the connecting piece of the device to be tested. The error source of the trough bracket is analyzed,and the mathematical model based on the detection principle is established. The corresponding testing equipment is developed. The eight connecting plates of the torque tubular mirror bracket are tested. The data analysis is compared with the traditional mold contact type. Measurement method,the test result is better than 0.01mm. The detection system is scientific in principle,fast in speed and high in precision,and is of great significance for the assembly of trough brackets.
