高速旋转铰接式旋翼的固有特性分析
Natural Vibration Analysis of High Speed Rotating Articulated Rotor
【摘要】 该文基于有限体积法建立了铰接式旋翼的多体模型计算了其在高速旋转状态下时的固有频率,并给出了对应的固有振型,计算值与文献参考值进行了对比分析,结果表明有限体积法具有较高的精度。与此同时还考虑了转速、后扫掠结构以及桨毂刚度对其固有频率的影响。结果表明,转速对其旋翼桨叶具有明显的刚化效应,后扫掠结构能够降低其扭转固有频率,桨毂刚度对其频率的影响较大。该研究成果对于旋翼的减振降噪设计提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 A multi-body model of articulated rotor was established based on the finite volume method(FVM),then the natural frequency of the articulated rotor under high speed rotation was calculated,the corresponding mode was also given,the comparison of the values of calculation and reference values was made,it is shown that FVM provides high precision analysis.The effect of rotor speed and back swept structure and the stiffness of hub on natural frequency was also studied. The results show that the rotational speed has obvious stiffening effect on the rotor blade,the back swept structure of the blade reduces the torsional natural frequency of the rotor,the effect of hub stiffness on the natural frequency of the rotor is large.The result of research provides the theory basis for the vibration and noise reduction design of the rotor.
