极端条件下梁底检修车有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Beam Bottom Inspection Vehicle under Extreme Conditions
【摘要】 针对公铁两用桥梁全桥上弦结构复杂、空间有限等问题,介绍一种变轨式梁底检修车。该车为桁架结构,可沿顺桥向移动,通过变轨实现横桥向移动并两端伸缩完成检修作业,并且实现空间占有率最低。介绍了变轨式梁底检修车的整体结构及检修作业过程,通过理论计算与有限软件ANSYS对比分析铝合金主桁架受力情况,验证ANSYS计算结果真实可靠。最后利用ANSYS数值模拟该车处于极端状态时桁架的受力情况,结果表明检修车结构安全可靠,为检修车的安全提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the complex structure and limited space of the full bridge of the dual-use railway bridge,a variable-track beam bottom inspection vehicle is introduced. The vehicle is a truss structure,which can be moved along the bridge. Through the orbit change,it can be moved along the cross bridge and the two ends are telescoped to complete the maintenance work,and the space occupancy rate is the lowest. The whole structure and maintenance operation process of the variable-track beam bottom inspection vehicle are introduced. The stress of the main truss of the aluminum alloy is analyzed by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis software ANSYS,and verifies that the calculation result of ANSYS is true and reliable. Finally,the ANSYS is used to numerical simulate the truss of the vehicle in extreme state. The force situation shows that the structure of the inspection vehicle is safe and reliable,which provides a theoretical basis for the safety of the inspection vehicle.
